You Graduated. Now What?
No real experience
Universities teach theory. Employers want someone who has shipped code, worked in teams, and survived a sprint.
Interviews feel impossible
You know data structures on paper but freeze when asked to build something under pressure.
Hundreds of applications, zero callbacks
No portfolio, no GitHub activity, no signal to employers that you can actually do the job.
Training centers repeat the same lectures
Another course, another certificate. Still no real experience. Still no job.
We Don't Teach Software Engineering. We Practice It.
GITRDY is a simulated software company where you do what professional engineers really do: gather requirements, design solutions, write and review code, test and ensure quality, and deploy to production, all inside real agile teamwork with sprints, standups, pull requests, and code reviews. You're not memorizing syntax in isolated exercises, you're working inside one real product that keeps growing and evolving over time, because our goal isn't to teach you to code. It's to build you into an engineer.

Questions You Might Have
Who is GitRdy for?
GitRdy is for anyone serious about a real career in software, wherever you are in your journey. That includes students who want real experience before they graduate, recent graduates in computer science, software engineering, and other IT majors, people returning to the field after a break, career switchers moving into tech, and working developers who want to level up with real, professional practice. It is also for anyone who already knows one or more programming languages but has never seen the full software cycle or worked the way real engineering teams do. If you can commit and you want to prove you can do the work, this is built for you.
Do I need to be an expert to join?
No. You need programming fundamentals and a real commitment to show up and do the work. The program takes you from guided tasks to working on your own inside a real team.
How is this different from a bootcamp or a course?
You don't sit through lectures, and you're not limited to one programming language or a single technology. You join a simulated software company and do what engineers really do every day: work across several languages, scripting, databases, and tools, follow real team processes like sprints, standups, pull requests, and code reviews, and ship real features from planning all the way to release. Instead of disconnected, scripted exercises, you work inside one real, continuously evolving project for the full six months (450+ hours), because our goal isn't to teach you to code, it's to build you into an engineer.
How long is it and what's the time commitment?
It runs for 6 months and more than 450 hours, structured across onboarding, real sprint work, and interview preparation, with a flexible hybrid rhythm. For comparison, most bootcamps and training centers run closer to 150 hours of scripted lessons.
Is it online, in person, or hybrid?
A flexible hybrid that blends on site collaboration with focused remote work. A fully equipped studio in Amman is on the way.
What will I walk away with?
You leave with real, hands on experience on a live codebase, built with the same professional tools real teams use, including Azure DevOps, and a portfolio that shows what you can do. You also receive an official letter from GitRdy that acknowledges your completion and what you achieved. If an employer wants more, GitRdy can provide a detailed reference on your behalf that covers your work and achievements during the program, available on request. On top of that, you leave with an ATS ready resume and real mock interview practice.
Will GitRdy get me a job?
We don't promise jobs, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. What we promise is to make you genuinely job ready: real experience on a live codebase, the professional habits employers expect from day one, a portfolio that proves what you can do, and a network that opens doors. Whether you've already graduated or you're still a student wanting real experience before you enter the job market, you leave able to compete with confidence.
Beyond that, we're building direct relationships with software companies in Jordan, so that strong performers get connected to real hiring opportunities through GitRdy. We can't guarantee an offer, but we can make sure your work gets seen by the people who make those decisions.
When does it start and how do I join?
